We helped project manage the home prepping process for this out of state owner. The property in Laguna Niguel was tenant occupied upon hiring us to take over upon termination of lease. We conducted a walk through and began design work; choosing colors, put a repair estimate together and began shopping for appropriate home decorations.
We secured the buyer after 16 days on market who replied to a facebook marketing promotion our team put together. Having the privilege of representing both buyer and seller, we provided a concession at closing benefiting both buyer and seller.
We put a design plan and color scheme to go with the existing floor plan and layout of the home while working around existing features of the home we decided to keep, in this case the engineered wood flooring. From there we created a focal point by adding an accent wall and proper home decor, window treatments to amplify this open floor concept.
